Nursery Assistant

Hello, I'm Josie from São Paulo, Brazil. I am the mother of Vinicius Valentim and have just returned from my maternity leave, excited to work in the preschool room and to continue offering ballet classes for all our children!

I hold a Master’s degree in Performing Arts (Dance) from the Federal University of São João Del Rei and have over 18 years of experience in dance education. I have taught children with disabilities as a volunteer at IcanDance in London—an incredibly inspiring experience.

In Brazil, I worked as a dance school manager and as a pedagogical advisor for a cultural foundation, supporting teachers with lesson planning. I also hold a degree in Pedagogy.

As a nursery assistant at Monkey Puzzle Uxbridge, I aim to bring joy, warmth, and creativity to our children’s daily routines. I deeply believe in the power of art to transform young lives and I’m excited to continue growing alongside the wonderful children in our care.
