About Me:
Hi, I am Bonnie and I am currently working towards my NVQ Level 2 qualification, which is helping me build both my knowledge and practical skills to support children effectively in my role. After completing my work placement at the nursery, I was delighted to be offered a position within the team. I am now looking forward to continuing my professional development by enrolling onto my Level 3 qualification with the support of this wonderful team.
Working with children has always been a genuine passion of mine. I find it incredibly rewarding to support each child as an individual and help them grow and achieve their goals, no matter how big or small. Seeing children reach their milestones and develop in their own unique way is what motivates me every day.
I am particularly passionate about encouraging creativity, building confidence, and supporting children’s emotional wellbeing. I aim to create a positive and nurturing environment where children feel safe to express themselves, explore their abilities, and develop strong social skills through meaningful interactions and gentle guidance.
