My name is Deepa, and I am the nursery chef at Monkey Puzzle Uxbridge. I am a dedicated and innovative chef with 15 years of experience in the management of kitchen and food preparations.
Safety conscious and skilled in the application of health and safety procedures with profound knowledge of food and hygiene regulations. I am experienced in catering for hotels.
I feel passionate working as a chef in a Nursery, as I really enjoy preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children. My signature dish is Goan fish curry rice.
