About Me:
My name is Ripha and I worked in the EYFS sector for many years. I started my career in school institutes and moved into the Nursery sector a few years ago. I am a friendly and approachable individual with a variety of skillset in the Childcare Sector. I am organised and methodical, who has an attention for detail. I have always had a real passion on supporting and naturing young children in their learning and development during their early ages.
I love learning and evolving to develop my skills in this Childcare sector. I am currently in the closing stages on completing my Childcare Level 3. I am very adaptable and enthusiastic. I am very creative and imaginative which supports bringing engaging activities to my workplace. I want to ensure that the children are given the best start to their early years’ platform.
