Third in Charge/Toddlers Room Leader

Hi, I’m Sian!

I am the Third in Charge and Toddler Room Leader here at Monkey Puzzle Uxbridge, and I’m excited to continue building strong relationships with the children, parents, and our wonderful staff team.

I hold a Level 3 qualification in childcare, which I completed a few years ago, and I have over six years of experience in the Early Years sector. During this time, I’ve gained a wide range of skills and valuable insights. Watching children learn, grow, and develop has been incredibly rewarding. What I love most about working with children is seeing them learn through play and discover new skills. I enjoy getting involved in their play, supporting their individual needs, and planning engaging activities - especially messy play, which is always a favourite!

In my spare time, I love going to concerts with my sisters and relaxing in my room with music. I also enjoy treating my family to new clothes and meals when we go out together.
